UPDATE end of February: I've forgotten to keep up with the updates! Little Jarvis went to a wonderful home. Jazzy came back from the home with cats (she was just TOO excited to play with them!) but she has since gone to another home with two brother dogs and she's doing very well. full article

So the year is winding down. By now everyone should have their holiday gifts knitted. wrapped and mailed off. What is everyone making? We see a lot of shawls, scarves, hats, a few mittens, baby clothes of all types. Remember to make your New Year's Resolution and include time to be good to yourself, and time to do a lot of knitting! full article

We have realized that our Tropical Yarns gals are total purse maniacs! Everyone is knitting bags and totes of all different sizes. We started with the Roman Shade purse, which morphed into a large Roman shade tote bag (and, of course, Susan's new little girl's dress pattern, "Sassy Sue"). full article

Getting ready for summer? It sure is getting hot around here! We have some new cute little dress patterns that Susan has been designing, and I know you'll want to make one for the little girl in your life. She'll tell you all about her design process and ideas. full article

So the muggy, rainy season has begun, and that's a fine time for Florida knitters to stay indoors in the air conditioning, watch an old movie and knit and crochet to your heart's delight. full article

As I write this (March 1) we have two more days for the Prism trunk show to work it's magic over every knitter in the two county area. What fun! There's been 30 garment models to ooh and aaah over, a ton of yarn in big baskets to enjoy, and an "I'll have what she's having" feeding frenzy. full article
